This tiny mod was initially written so that I could bypass what was a 10 million simolean limit on a household. Once you got your riches up to 9,999,999 then that was it... no more.
Now, this gives you up to 999,999,999 (I'm taking a billion to be the global definition, not the British one, of One thousand million).
Additionally, I also provided startup funds of 250,000 instead of 20,000 and a 25k increment instead of 2k.
